Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and multilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian) to join our high-performing team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for guiding international clients through the property buying, selling, and leasing process with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities

Represent buyers, sellers, and tenants in property transactions across Abu Dhabi Build and maintain relationships with European-speaking clients and investors Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with precision and care Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and legal regulations Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to promote properties effectively Provide exceptional customer service and personalized property solutions

Requirements

Proven experience in real estate sales or client-facing roles Fluency in English and at least one European language (spoken and written) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills UAE real estate experience preferred but not required Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
