Team Leader fluent in Russian or a European language

to drive our off-plan sales team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team of real estate agents specializing in off-plan project sales. Hire and train new agents, ensuring they understand Dubai's off-plan market, project portfolios, and legal frameworks. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote exclusive off-plan developments. Oversee team performance using CRM and KPI tracking tools; ensure targets are met or exceeded. Assist agents in closing high-value deals and maintaining strong developer relationships. Stay informed on the latest off-plan launches, payment plans, and investment trends in the Dubai market. Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews regularly. Represent the company at property launches, events, and client presentations.

Requirements:

Fluency in Russian or a European language (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish); English proficiency is required. Minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate sales, with proven success in off-plan project sales Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan property market, developer landscape, and legal guidelines. Confident communicator and negotiator with strong leadership skills. CRM proficiency and ability to analyze performance metrics effectively. Driven, organized, and results-focused with a passion for property investment.
