Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents
Drive off-plan property sales across top Dubai developers
Mentor agents and help them close deals
Set and achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and admin teams
Requirements:
Fluent in
Russian or a European language
Proven experience in
off-plan real estate
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and closing skills
