We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Admin Coordinator
to support a busy real estate team. The role involves managing leads, maintaining listings and records, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations between agents and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and assign new leads to the appropriate agents.
Maintain and update CRM systems and property listings.
Prepare and manage contracts, RERA forms, and related documents.
Follow up with clients and agents to ensure timely completion of all admin tasks.
Support the sales team with scheduling, correspondence, and reporting.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate administration or coordination.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
Fluent in English; Arabic language is an advantage.
Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
