Position Purpose
Provide full support with the Real Estate Services Director on all Property Coordination needs. Responsibilities /Duties / Functions Tasks
Being aware of market price and possible availabilities in the real estate market in regions/ countries of operations as
Middle East, Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Africa.
Being the link between Property agents/ Relocation Consultants and external real estate agents.
Lead meetings between Property Consultants/ real estate agents / owners/ tenants and relocation/ real estate dep.
Negotiate with the real estate agents externally the commission for 1Step Properties
Prepare the real estate contracts & lease agreements for the team
Being in touch with agents or owners to receive the requested documents
Regularly update 1StepProperties database of accurate information and pictures on the properties, landlord\xe2\x80\x99s contact
details & real estate companies 1StepProperties deals with
Send reports to Director on daily and weekly real estate team activities. Skills Strong negotiation skills to lead lease negotiations.
Sophisticated manner with the ability to relate to people, clients and staff at all levels.
Reliable, tolerant and determined.
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literate, strong PC and presentation skills.
Fluent English speaker (both verbal and written).
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with confidence (verbally and in writing).
RERA Certified to deal with real estate in UAE as well as working knowledge of real estate in countries of operations.
Strong analytical & listening skills.
Accuracy and punctuality. Work Requirement Administrative work experience
