SMS CAPITAL REAL ESTATE is a newly formed real estate company which is based in Dubai and office located in Clover tower Dubai we are looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to oversee our sales team. In this position, the supervision of salespeople is your top priority. You will set sales goals, help secure leads, and train new agents for your staff. You will also call upon your years of sales experience to help with complicated matters, such as complex retail contracts and sales forecasting. Our perfect applicant has years of experience in the field. We also prefer applicants with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

• Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers and agents in order to develop new business opportunities
• Negotiating contracts with sellers to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement
• Identifying opportunities in the market to increase sales volume or profit margins through new marketing strategies or product offerings
• Coordinating with other members of the team to prepare for events such as open houses or new home launches
• Presenting offers to sellers on behalf of clients in order to facilitate negotiation of price and terms of sale
• Reviewing market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in a particular neighborhood or area
• Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth
• Managing a team of real estate agents to ensure that they are meeting their goals and providing quality service to clients
• Set goals and motivate your agents to surpass them
• Source new leads for your agents
• Provide support on complex sales
• Implement team-wide sales strategies

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,067.91 - AED10,859.28 per month
