Role Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Secondary Market Team Leader to build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of real estate agents specializing in the secondary/resale property market. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, implementing strategic sales plans, and ensuring your team capitalizes on the immense opportunities within Abu Dhabi's established property landscape. This is a leadership role with a competitive commission structure and team override.

Key Responsibilities:



Team Leadership & Mentorship:

Recruit, train, and motivate a team of specialized secondary market agents. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and high performance.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute robust sales strategies to dominate the secondary market segment in Abu Dhabi. Set clear team targets and monitor performance against KPIs.

Market Expertise:

Act as the subject matter expert on the Abu Dhabi secondary market, providing your team with data-driven insights on pricing trends, inventory, and investment opportunities.

Deal Oversight & Escalation:

Oversee complex negotiations and high-value transactions. Step in as a key point of escalation for major client deals to ensure successful closings.

Client Relationship Management:

Work with the team to maintain and grow relationships with high-net-worth individuals, repeat investors, and key clients in the secondary market.

Collaboration with Support Functions:

Liaise closely with the back-office, marketing, and compliance teams to streamline processes, enhance support for your team, and ensure seamless transaction management.

Requirements:



Location:

Must be located in or ready to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE, with a strong focus on the secondary market. At least 1+ year in a leadership, senior agent, or mentorship role is required.

Track Record:

Demonstrable success in closing secondary market deals and a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to inspire, coach, and hold a team accountable for results.

Market Knowledge:

Deep, expert-level understanding of Abu Dhabi's secondary property market, neighborhoods, and valuation principles.

Skills:

Mastery of advanced sales techniques, negotiation, and client relationship management. High proficiency with CRM tools and property portals.

Languages:

Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Hindi) are a significant advantage.
