Mon Maison International is expanding and looking for

experienced Secondary Market Property Consultants

to join our elite sales team in Dubai. If you're hungry for success, can manage clients professionally, and know how to close deals -- we want you.

Responsibilities:

Handle secondary market leads and convert them into sales Conduct property viewings and negotiations with buyers and sellers Maintain strong property knowledge across key Dubai communities Build and manage a sales pipeline through CRM & follow-ups Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Coordinate with landlords, sellers, and property management teams Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships Stay updated with market trends, RERA regulations, and property values
? Requirements:

Minimum

1 year experience

in

Dubai real estate (secondary market preferred)

Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent communication in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus) Valid UAE

Driving License + Car

(Preferred but not mandatory) Proven track record in real estate sales Ability to work independently and under pressure RERA license preferred (or willing to obtain)
