Sales Team Leader
to take our high-performing team to the next level.
What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants and sales professionals
Set and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and coaching
Monitor team performance, provide real-time feedback, and drive accountability
Develop winning sales strategies tailored to Abu Dhabi's luxury and residential markets
Collaborate with marketing and listings teams to generate high-quality leads
Ensure exceptional client experiences from first contact to closing
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record as a
sales leader in real estate
(UAE experience preferred)
Minimum
5 years in sales
, with at least
2 years in a leadership or team lead role
Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi's property market and buyer/seller dynamics
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-driven, resilient, and passionate about team success
