House Map Properties is looking for a dynamic & experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader to join our company in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess a proven track record of success in the UAE real estate market, with a deep understanding of the local market, market trends, and customer preferences. This role will involve driving the organization\'s vision, strategy, and objectives with the aim of establishing the team as a prominent UAE real estate broker. Successful candidates will be expected to actively train and lead the off-plan, secondary and leasing team, property deals from enquiry to contract closure. Strong marketing support, and solid flow of daily qualified leads. Responsibilities:

• Manage, lead and inspire the sales and leasing team to achieve sales targets.
• Provide coaching & training the team to improve their performance and skills
• Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to increase sales and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the real estate industry.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant data for management review.
• Develop policies, systems, and processes.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, marketing and management skills
• Proven track record of success in the UAE real estate market
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory framework
• At least 10 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
