A leading real estate firm in Bahrain is seeking a Sales Professional with strong market awareness and a proven ability to convert enquiries into successful deals. This role suits someone who understands client management, follows a structured sales process, and can represent the brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and convert sales enquiries across residential and commercial properties Conduct property viewings, present listings confidently, and advise clients throughout the full sales journey Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors Negotiate terms effectively and secure agreements with clarity and confidence Stay informed about market trends, pricing movements, and new developments Maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of client communication

Requirements



Experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or a related customer-facing sales role Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals consistently Professional communication and presentation Solid understanding of Bahrain's real estate landscape is preferred Target-driven mindset with disciplined follow-up and work ethic Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple leads at once

Pay: BD800.000 - BD1,000.000 per month
