is hiring a

proactive and experienced Sales Manager

to head our growing team in

Ajman

. This is a standout opportunity for a

target-driven real estate professional

who excels in leadership, business development, and client relationship management.

Requirements



At least

3 years of proven success

in real estate sales Experience leading a team of

5 or more active Property Consultants

Must have a

valid driver's license and own car

for meetings and viewings

Your Key Responsibilities



Motivate, mentor, and manage

the sales team to achieve and exceed targets

Develop and execute effective sales strategies

to boost performance and revenue Build strong, lasting relationships with both

clients and investors
