Selected candidates will receive an elaborate training and orientation work shop on multi products offered by the group. They will be tasked with negotiating with individuals and corporate institutions to write business with the company. The job requires dedication and zealousness.
Successful candidates will receive the best package in the industry with up to 70% commission.
Responsibilities
To own and manage a database business with the intention to grow further and to exceed given targets through delivery of monthly new business;
Prospecting and lead generation through digital and face 2 face platforms;
Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential new clients;
Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their requirements;
Negotiate living space and close deals with clients;
Reporting on a daily basis;
Raise and maintain company's business profile.
Qualifications
1-3 years' of sales experience in real estate industry;
Self-motivated and entrepeneurial;
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
