Job Summary:

Aston Gate Real Estate is a dynamic and rapidly growing Canadian brokerage expanding its operations to Dubai. We specialize in the buying and selling of unique properties, offering exceptional service with a modern and personalized approach. The Property Consultant - Real Estate Broker will drive property rental activities and generate new business opportunities in Dubai's competitive real estate market. This role involves actively engaging with prospective tenants, showcasing properties, negotiating lease agreements, and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

Represent clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of properties. Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and guide clients through each step of the process. Offer expert advice on market trends, property valuations, and legal requirements. Build and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts. Actively generate leads and manage a pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.

Business Development:

Actively prospect for new opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential tenants to maximize leasing opportunities. Collaborate with the leasing team to create targeted marketing strategies aimed at attracting new clients.

Client Interaction:

Greet and engage with prospective tenants, providing detailed information about properties. Conduct property tours, effectively showcasing features and benefits to encourage leasing decisions. Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and match them with suitable properties.

Negotiations:

Assist clients in understanding lease & purchase terms and conditions, guiding them through the leasing process. Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both landlords and tenants. Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.

Administrative Support:

Process rental applications and perform thorough background and credit checks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities and client interactions. Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all documentation is completed and signed.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about current market trends, pricing, and local real estate laws to provide valuable insights to clients. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.

Customer Service:

Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or in person. Address and resolve any tenant concerns or issues with professionalism and urgency. Foster long-term relationships with clients to enhance tenant retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a leasing agent, real estate agent, or similar role in the property market. Over 2 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE (experience in development is a significant advantage). Strong knowledge of the real estate market is essential. Values commissions as a key motivator, prioritizing earnings potential over base salary. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, laws, and regulations is essential.
