Real Estate Sales or Leasing Agent

to join our expanding team.

In this role, you will manage the sale and lease of residential and commercial properties, conduct property viewings, generate leads, and close high-value transactions. If you have a passion for real estate, strong local market knowledge, and a desire to earn exceptional commissions, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage new client leads through networking, referrals, and online marketing channels List, promote, and handle residential and commercial property sales or leasing opportunities Organize and conduct property tours, both in-person and virtual Advise landlords and buyers with professional insights on pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities Negotiate contract terms and close successful transactions Prepare and oversee property-related documentation including MOUs, lease agreements, and reservation forms Maintain accurate records of listings and clients using CRM tools Build and nurture long-term relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants Stay up to date on the Abu Dhabi real estate market, new developments, and competitor listings Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and leasing targets

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in

real estate sales or leasing

within Abu Dhabi or the UAE Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi's

freehold and non-freehold property areas

Valid real estate broker license (or willingness to obtain one) Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Familiar with CRM systems and leading property advertising portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) Motivated, organized, and goal-oriented individual who can work independently Professional appearance with a customer-first attitude Must have own transportation Fluent in

Arabic and English
