Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and client-focused Real Estate Sales or Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for marketing residential or commercial properties, engaging with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing transactions efficiently. This role requires flexibility in handling both sales and leasing transactions, with a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and handle the sale or lease of residential and commercial properties Source potential clients through direct outreach, advertising, and referrals Schedule and conduct property viewings (virtual and in-person) Provide market insights and pricing advice to owners and clients Negotiate lease or sales terms to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties Prepare and manage contracts, reservation forms, and official documentation Maintain accurate records using CRM systems Achieve monthly sales or leasing targets as set by management Stay updated with current market trends and competitor listings Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with owners, investors, and clients

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market (freehold & non-freehold areas) Valid real estate broker license or willingness to obtain one Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in property advertising portals and CRM tools Results-driven, organized, and able to perform under pressure Professional appearance and client-focused mindset Reliable transportation is a must Fluent in Arabic and English
