As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and leasing properties while providing excellent customer service. You will identify client needs, propose suitable solutions, and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Market and promote properties through appropriate channels
Identify and qualify potential clients and understand their requirements
Arrange property viewings and accompany clients
Negotiate offers and close sales or lease deals
Maintain and update a database of clients and properties
Stay updated on market trends and property values
Meet or exceed monthly sales and leasing targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or leasing
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
University degree
Valid UAE driving license is preferred
Preferably residing in Abu Dhabi
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and able to work under pressure
