Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of real estate properties Conduct property viewings and open houses Generate and manage leads through marketing, networking, and referrals Provide expert guidance and market insights to clients Prepare and present offers and negotiate contracts Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws and market trends Build and maintain a strong client base through exceptional service

Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing Excellent negotiation and closing skills Strong market knowledge and client management abilities Strong interest in real estate and client service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Minimum education: High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional Strong organizational and time management skills Fresher's can also apply
