Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales activities, developing sales strategies, and managing the sales team to achieve their targets. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals, providing coaching and support to ensure the team achieves their targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and market share. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses related to the sales department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide regular reporting to senior management on sales activities, results, and forecasts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to real estate sales. Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 marketing, or related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a sales team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to real estate sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
