We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Real Estate Sales Manager

to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will have

proven managerial experience within the real estate development sector

, with a strong track record of driving sales performance, mentoring teams, and executing strategic sales plans. This role is pivotal in achieving revenue targets and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

, manage, and mentor a team of real estate sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the real estate development market. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews. Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and project timelines. Maintain in-depth knowledge of current and upcoming real estate projects, market trends, and competitor activity. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales

, with at least

3 years in a managerial role within a real estate development company

. Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team. Strong understanding of property sales cycles, buyer behavior, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master's preferred).
Preferred Qualifications

Experience launching and selling off-plan projects. Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
