Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, landlords, and clients.
Oversee property listings, marketing campaigns, and client presentations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews for the sales team.
Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions.
Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or in a senior sales role in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, laws, and regulations.
RERA certification (preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
