Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong expertise in the real estate sector to lead growth initiatives, identify new opportunities, and drive strategic business expansion.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role and 10 years of overall experience in real estate, with the ability to generate ideas, build partnerships, and develop revenue pipelines.

An engineering background and knowledge of Arabic are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's presence in the real estate market.

Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, investors, and key stakeholders.

Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.Lead proposal development, feasibility studies, and client presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to create integrated solutions.Generate innovative ideas for new projects, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums.

Manage and mentor junior team members to support business development activities.

Ensure all activities align with company objectives and business targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture or a related technical field.10+ years of experience in real estate, including minimum 5 years in a managerial or strategic BD role.

Proven track record of securing and managing high-value real estate deals.

Strong understanding of project development, construction processes, and real estate life cycles.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Arabic language proficiency is essential (spoken & written).

Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive new ideas.

Strong network within the real estate industry (developers, contractors, consultants, agencies).

Preferred Competencies: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to conceptualize and develop new business lines.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to identify market gaps and propose creative solutions.

High level of professionalism, leadership, and initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO1,200.000 - RO1,500.000 per month
