Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and performance-driven Real Estate Sales Manager with a specialization in off-plan property sales. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the UAE real estate market, demonstrated expertise in managing high-value property portfolios, and the capability to guide and inspire a sales team to consistently achieve strong results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote off-plan projects and meet company revenue goals. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to consistently reach individual and team sales targets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and emerging business opportunities. Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure. Present project details to clients through professional presentations and site visits. Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen project visibility and support lead conversion. Ensure adherence to company policies, UAE real estate regulations, and legal requirements. Prepare regular performance updates, sales forecasts, and provide market insights to senior management.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 3 years in off-plan projects within the UAE. Strong understanding of Dubai and Abu Dhabi property markets, major developers, and current investment trends. Proven history of consistently meeting sales targets in competitive environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Professional appearance, confident presence, and a client-oriented approach. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.
