We are a fast-growing real estate company in the UAE seeking an experienced and results-driven
Real Estate Sales Manager
to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for primary and secondary market properties
Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and training
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders
Oversee client negotiations, closing processes, and documentation
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance reports
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Requirements:
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in UAE real estate sales, with
2+ years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and RERA regulations
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Valid UAE driving license preferred
