Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of Property Consultants
Drive team sales targets and elevate performance through effective leadership
Oversee the full sales cycle -- lead distribution, client meetings, negotiations & closings
Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
Ensure all procedures follow RERA and company guidelines
Requirements
4+ years' real estate experience in Dubai
Minimum 2 years in a leadership or team-management role
Strong understanding of Dubai's off-plan and/or secondary market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
UAE driving license preferred
RERA certification is a plus
