About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and coordinate with marketing and support staff for our operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on real estate experience in India and basic knowledge of Dubai's property market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

Lead and guide a team of sales executives to meet and exceed monthly targets. Drive daily sales activities and maintain strong follow-up processes. Implement effective sales strategies based on market needs. Track and manage leads, conversions, and CRM updates.

Marketing Collaboration

Coordinate with the Marketing Manager on promotions, campaigns, and project launches. Support the planning and execution of marketing activities, events, and digital campaigns.

Team & Support Staff Coordination

Oversee support staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Align sales, marketing, and administrative teams for efficient workflow. Conduct performance reviews, team meetings, and training sessions.

Client Relations

Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and available projects. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and feedback for senior management.

Requirements

2-5 years of real estate sales experience . Basic knowledge of Dubai real estate market. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage sales teams and coordinate marketing/admin support. Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools. Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with off-plan sales or brokerage operations. Understanding of real estate documentation and regulations.
