Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Description

We are expanding our real estate sales team and are looking for four dynamic, target-driven, and team-oriented Sales Managers to join our growing company.

Available Positions:

Sales Manager (Turkey) - Fluent in Turkish & English Sales Manager (Arabic) - 2 Positions, fluent in Arabic & English Sales Manager (Chinese) - Fluent in Mandarin Chinese & English
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Lead and support a team of sales executives to ensure strong performance. Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and partners. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Present property options, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates. Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, client meetings, and networking events.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in real estate sales Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Dynamic, target-driven, and team-oriented personality. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
