As part of our expansion plan, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales division in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and team performance plans Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners Stay up to date with market trends, property laws, and competitive developments Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations

Requirements

Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market (preferably in sales leadership roles) Proven track record of closing deals and achieving or exceeding targets Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure Valid UAE driving license is a must
