Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with current campaigns and roadshows.
Maintain a deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market, regulations, and competitor activities.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales (Dubai market is a must)
At least 1 year in a leadership or team management role
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, legal framework, and trends
Proficiency in using CRM platforms
UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
Highly organized, motivated, and target-driven
