to lead our sales team and drive the strategic growth of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends .
Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure - for both off-plan and ready properties
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities
Set individual and team sales targets and track performance using KPIs
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, brokers, and stakeholders
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and other internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations
Participate in property launches, exhibitions, and other promotional events
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and internal sales policies
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market .
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
RERA certification is preferred .
Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with a real estate developer or in project sales
Network of established clients and brokers in the UAE
Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate sales platforms

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
