We are seeking a driven Senior Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team while also closing personal deals. This role combines leadership (managing team performance, strategy, reporting) with individual sales (sourcing, negotiating, closing).
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to hit targets.
Assign leads, monitor performance, and implement coaching.
Coordinate with Marketing for quality lead flow.
Ensure compliance with RERA/DLD and company SOPs.
Build and manage a personal pipeline (off-plan & secondary).
Run full sales cycles from listing to closing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business/Real Estate).
Minimum 2+ years as Sales Manager in UAE real estate.
Proven record in team leadership + personal closings.
Strong Dubai market knowledge & RERA certification.
Excellent leadership, negotiation & communication skills.
CRM proficiency + valid UAE driving license.
