We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, proven sales experience, and excellent client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and lease/sell residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies and Dubai real estate regulations.
Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, property laws, and RERA guidelines.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Prepare contracts, agreements, and documentation as required.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/rental targets.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of real estate experience in Dubai
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, RERA laws, and regulations.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
RERA certification is an advantage.
