Real Estate Sales Manager
to lead sales operations for villas, off-plan properties, rentals, and sales listings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Manage property listings across Dubai, focusing on luxury villas, off-plan projects, and rental/sales transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, landlords, and developers.
Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle -- from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
Ensure accurate and timely marketing of properties across online platforms and company channels.
Stay updated with Dubai's real estate regulations (RERA), market trends, and competitor strategies.
Train and motivate team members to perform at their best.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to boost lead generation.
Requirements:
Minimum
5+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai

Proven track record in
villas, off-plan properties, rentals, and sales listings
.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's property market and communities.
RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
Strong leadership, client relationship, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and major property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
