Role Overview
The
Sales Manager
will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have at least
3 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market
, with proven success in managing sales pipelines and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Oversee lead generation, follow-up, and conversion through CRM tools.
Conduct regular team training on market trends, negotiation skills, and sales techniques.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and trust.
Monitor market conditions and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Report on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai
(mandatory).
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
UAE Driving License.
Fluency in
English
