Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the UAE real estate market.
Manage day-to-day operations of the sales department, including monitoring performance and setting KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative approaches to increase market share.
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Support recruitment, training, and development of new sales team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years UAE experience in sales management, preferably within the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, trends, and regulations.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
