We are currently seeking for an Real Estate Sales Manager with expertise in property sales and a strong skill set in communication, negotiation, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly literate with PC applications and site portals, and possess excellent English language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue. Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and developers. Monitor market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Provide regular performance reports and forecasts to management. Oversee the end-to-end sales process and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with RERA and local real estate laws.
Requirements:

Must be available to join immediately and currently residing in Dubai, UAE. Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager, preferably with a UAE-based property developer. Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate market. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. RERA certification is a plus.
