is seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager- Secondary and Off plan to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, successful sales record excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. As a Real Estate Agents, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying or selling process, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to drive
secondary & Off plan market property sales
.
Identify potential buyers and sellers, build a strong property inventory, and ensure smooth transactions.
Help the sales agent achieve their sales targets.
Work closely with property owners, investors, and agents to close deals efficiently.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and investors.
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the buying and selling process.
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with real estate regulations.
Stay updated with
market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities
.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance in the secondary market.
Lead and mentor a team of real estate agents specializing in secondary sales.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide necessary training and support.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and marketing teams to streamline operations.
Key Requirements:
3+ years of experience
in real estate sales, with a focus on
secondary & Off Plan market transactions
.
Strong knowledge of
property laws, documentation, and market dynamics
.
Proven ability to
generate leads, negotiate deals, and close transactions successfully
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
.
Proficiency in
CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools
.
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Real Estate, or a related field
(preferred).
