Sales Manager
with
at least 2 years of Dubai real estate experience
and a proven track record in
team leadership or management

Your Role:
Build and manage a team of
10-12 real estate agents
Provide full training, daily support, and mentorship
Help your team hit targets and close deals
Stay updated with market trends and project launches
Lead by example with your own client portfolio
