Job Summary:
As Sales Manager, you will oversee the sales team's performance, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Your leadership and market expertise will be critical in expanding our client base and enhancing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless sales processes.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Deep understanding of the Dubai property market and real estate sales processes.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
