Sales Manager
to lead and grow our team of high-performing property consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
Develop sales strategies and set clear performance goals
Provide coaching, training, and support to team members
Monitor market trends and implement best practices
Drive revenue through both individual and team sales
Oversee client interactions and ensure high standards of service
Coordinate with marketing and operations to boost lead generation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Real Estate, or related field
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
in real estate sales
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Deep understanding of the Dubai property market
Valid UAE Driving License
is a must
Attractive Commission scale
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
