Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support a team of real estate agents.
Set and manage sales targets, strategies, and action plans.
Drive revenue growth by identifying market opportunities and trends.
Build strong client relationships and close high-value deals.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Monitor sales performance and optimize team effectiveness.
Represent the company at events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
3+ years of proven real estate sales success.
2+ years in a managerial or team leadership role.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tools
