We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Real Estate Sales Manager
to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure top-notch client satisfaction. This is a leadership role with a strong focus on performance, strategy, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents and property consultants.
Set sales targets, track performance, and implement strategies to exceed goals.
Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure timely property closures.
Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to sales team members.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry news.
Report to senior management with sales forecasts, team performance, and KPIs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of the local property market and client base.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
Proficient in CRM tools and real estate platforms (e.g. Bayut, Property Finder, etc.).
