Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost revenue and property sales
Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and mentoring sessions for team members
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring smooth client experience and compliance
Generate detailed sales reports and present to senior management

Skills Required:
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market and RERA regulations

Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in real estate sales

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
