Arfeen Real Estate is looking to appoint an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to oversee and grow our real estate sales operations in Ajman. This role is suited for a strong leader who can increase revenue, enhance team performance, and play a key role in the company's continued growth within the UAE property market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and control daily sales activities to ensure team and individual targets are achieved
Plan and execute practical sales strategies to improve conversions and revenue generation
Supervise, coach, and evaluate Property Consultants to maximize productivity and deal closures
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners
Monitor market trends, pricing changes, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, and professional networking events
Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably within the UAE
Proven experience managing and leading a sales team of five or more members
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid UAE driving license with own vehicle
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Salary & Benefits
Fixed monthly salary between AED 3,000 and AED 6,000, depending on experience
