to oversee and grow our real estate sales operations in Ajman. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can drive revenue, optimize team output, and support the company's continued expansion in the UAE property market.
Position Responsibilities
Oversee daily sales functions and ensure individual and team targets are consistently achieved
Design and execute effective sales strategies aimed at improving conversions and overall revenue
Coach, evaluate, and guide Property Consultants to enhance productivity and deal completion
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
Monitor market activity, pricing trends, and competitor movements to uncover growth opportunities
Represent the company at project launches, exhibitions, and professional networking events
Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate sales, with UAE market exposure preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a sales team of five or more members
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities
Valid UAE driving license with access to a personal vehicle
Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly fixed salary between AED 3,000 and AED 6,000, depending on experience
Performance-based commission and incentive structure
