Arfeen Real Estate is seeking a skilled and results-oriented
Sales Manager
to lead and manage our property sales operations in Ajman. This position is suited for a proactive professional who can strengthen sales performance, improve team effectiveness, and contribute directly to the company's growth within the UAE real estate sector.
Role Overview
Direct and manage day-to-day sales activities to ensure consistent achievement of set targets
Develop practical sales frameworks and action plans to increase revenue and conversion rates
Mentor, monitor, and assess Property Consultants to improve productivity and closing success
Build and sustain strong professional relationships with clients, investors, and key partners
Analyze market demand, pricing movements, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Act as a company representative at project launches, exhibitions, and industry networking events
Required Profile
At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably within the UAE market
Proven track record in leading and managing a sales team of five or more members
Strong leadership presence with effective communication and negotiation skills
Valid UAE driving license with personal vehicle
Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales performance targets
Salary & Benefits
Fixed monthly salary ranging from AED 3,000 to AED 6,000 based on experience and capability
