Key Duties
Oversee and coordinate daily sales operations to ensure targets are met on a consistent basis
Create and implement structured sales approaches that increase revenue and improve client conversion
Coach, supervise, and evaluate Property Consultants to enhance performance and deal closures
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners
Review market activity, pricing trends, and demand patterns to identify growth opportunities
Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, and professional networking events
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
3 years' experience
in real estate sales, preferably within the UAE
Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team of
5+ members
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
Valid UAE driving license with own transportation
Demonstrated record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary between
AED 3,000 and AED 6,000
, based on experience
