Arfeen Real Estate is hiring a performance-driven and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our growing sales operations in Ajman. We are looking for a strategic leader who can elevate team output, drive revenue growth, and play a key role in expanding our footprint within the UAE real estate market.
Core Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities of the sales department, ensuring all monthly and quarterly targets are achieved
Design, refine, and execute sales plans that improve team performance and client engagement
Train, mentor, and guide Property Consultants to strengthen their closing abilities and overall productivity
Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, clients, and business partners
Study market trends, review pricing movements, and explore potential business opportunities
Represent Arfeen Real Estate at major events, including project launches, exhibitions, and networking functions
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales; UAE market knowledge is an added advantage
Proven background in leading and managing a sales team of at least five members
Strong leadership qualities with excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills
Valid UAE driving license with access to a personal vehicle
History of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets
