Job Description

Arfeen Real Estate is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our expanding sales division in Ajman. We are looking for a proactive leader who can boost team productivity, achieve consistent revenue growth, and contribute to strengthening our presence in the UAE property market.

Core Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the sales department and ensure monthly targets are consistently achieved Develop, adjust, and implement sales strategies that enhance performance and client engagement Train, mentor, and support Property Consultants to ensure strong closing rates and overall productivity Build solid relationships with clients, investors, and external partners Analyze market behavior, monitor price trends, and identify new business opportunities Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, investor gatherings, and industry events

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales; prior UAE experience is preferred Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a sales team of 5 or more agents Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have access to a personal vehicle Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets

What We Offer

Monthly salary range:

AED 3,000 - AED 6,000
