Arfeen Real Estate is looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and results-focused Sales Manager to take charge of our expanding property sales division in Ajman. We need a leader who can elevate team performance, drive consistent revenue growth, and play an active role in strengthening our position in the UAE real estate market.
Main Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met
Create, refine, and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue and client engagement
Guide, train, and support a team of Property Consultants to help them reach top performance levels
Build strong and trustworthy relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
Track real estate trends, study market shifts, and explore new business opportunities
Represent the company during property events, investor meetups, exhibitions, and project launches
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales; UAE market experience is an advantage
Strong ability to manage, develop, and motivate a sales team of 5+ members
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle
Successful track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals
What We Provide
Monthly basic salary:
AED 3,000 to AED 6,000
(based on experience and profile)
